My life turned around from burnout, despair, disorganization, low energy and vision confusion to clarity and fulfillment and super-charged through the help of a leadership coach, Phil Mydlach _https://www.linkedin.com/in/ hirecoachphil/ _and my Organizational Leadership doctoral program at Asbury Theological Seminary (KY,USA), where I engaged top leadership coaches.

I believe God took me through the process to grace me with the skills set and a heart for leadership coaching. Having served as a Christian leader for over 30 years including as an Executive Pastor and President of an International Christian College and as the founder and national leader of a vibrantly expanding Church Planting Movement, I am personally familiar with the leadership challenges that high performing top leaders have to wrestle with daily. I coach from a point of calling above empathy, and training to coaching leaders. I am delighted to see leaders thrive and flourish.

We then map out the key coaching areas through active listening and interactive coaching.
